I've not been following football as hard as I normally do so forgive my stupidity.  Why are Man U 6/1 to win the title and City/Arsenal are Evens and 2/1?

I know Arsenal got that 3-0 victory over them but what else am I not seeing?

Look solid as a rock at the back, wont concede many for the rest of the year given their fixtures, if any.

They are around their Starting Price, give or take, but are two points off the top having had arguably the better of the fixture list and played pants in most matches. Pre-season they probably were the value based on who they could have brought in. Didn't quite spend enough imho and unlikely to get anyone top class in January that could make the difference, so I don't think the current price is very attractive.
