but if you take over a team who have some not very good players ,who cant execute the right pass at the right time,if you train them players hard to run around like headless chickens for 90 mins,when they get pocession back are they more or less likely to execute the right pass at the right time, just a thought

It is a good way to wind the clock down by getting sent off in injury time.. ref never adds on the correct amount of time.. took him at least 2 mins to get off.. 20-30 secs added.. Happy days

Its true. Mane's not the brightest of players so I'm not quite sure I'd credit him with being that clever but the foul, the stop in play, the rolling around on the floor, the brief protest to the ref, and then finally the long trudge off the pitch all added up to a good 90+ seconds of time wasted with only about half of that added on.

He'll only miss the midweek cup game/bye against Villa as well, so it won't hurt us in the slightest. Plus he wouldn't add anything defensively for the final FK we had to defend so indeed, it did work out for us.
