Off to Edinburgh this weekend for my long suffering girlfriends birthday, agreed to do all the sightseeing stuff during the day, as long as I can be in a pub by 5.30. Any Edinburgh people able to suggest a decent watering hole that is likely to be showing the United game? preferably somewhere near Princes Street?

thanks in advance

Just make sure that you are standing with your back to the wall and do not discuss how Nicola Krankie will fund the nation if the freaks get another ten referendums..

Rose St runs parallel to Princes St. Great pubs and guaranteed some will be showing game.
Great street and all pubs friendly and suitable for taking your girlfriend into.
Good to hear from you. You back or just a fleeting visit?
