... don't forget to check Ryanair and Easyjet routes from Scotland. There will be plenty of knock down fares from all Scottish airports due to lack of demand... Laugh

Most English people live closer to France than Scotland, are you suggesting they would travel all the way to Scotland to go get to France?

English may be stupid but we ain't that stupid.

I think some people are missing the point.

A pre-tournament celebration trip to the likes of Edinburgh by their fellow Brits would enable the kilted warriors to join in the festival atmosphere and wish their more talented cousins the best as they prepare to embark for the feast of major international tournament football that awaits them next summer in France.

English fans could even bring a replica Jules Rimet trophy with them to parade along the Royal Mile and give a chance for the locals to show their appreciation.

They may even contribute further to the Scottish economy by purchasing genuine Scottish made ginger wigs to wear at matches so that the Scotch, far away and watching on the telly, can somehow feel part of the occasion.Mischief
