i remember last year people saying bristol city were poor favourites, even though they had the best squad in the division by a country mile, good job i didnt listen to them and snapped up every cent i could on here.
for me, middlesbrough are a cracking bet. i want derby on side too. league one, ive not had a brass farthing on sheffield united the last two seasons when theyve been favourites, but this year im backing them strong. if i could get 5.5 on the exchange, like they are at the bookies, id have 5 grand on without even thinking about it. wigan could run away with it, or crash and burn totally. i want them on side for a bit just in case. league two is always impossible, but im going with luton and plymouth just to have an interest. luton have a very strong squad, just a matter of if they gel or not. |

in fact, just to show im a good sport, if anybody wants to pay up a lay of sheff utd for 5k at 5.2 i will take it right now. gifting you money seeing as theyre 5.5 at all the bookies and theyre always the favourites who flop! any takers?

not sure the latter is true sonky...the chairman highlighted at the recent fans forum that Wigan have 5 times the budget of any other team in this league. Also with the exception of Sheff U and Bradford I can't think of many more teams that have huge gates. |

Agree about Sheff Utd. I haven't backed them in a long time, but think they will be a different proposition this year... And the league looks weaker than previous seasons. |
