Just had a message from them - my application for 4 tickets to 2 group matches was unsuccessful.
2 mates of mine who also applied for the same tickets as me have also been unsuccessful |

I was one of 12 friends who applied, and I got 10 tickets across 3 games (applied for 6). The other 11 got nothing; one of them applied for 80 tickets and got absolutely nothing.
Speaking to a lot of people and reading twitter etc, it seems that those who were successful seemed to get multiple games. Seems on the surface like the 'random draw' isn't quite so random, or is at least done per applicant rather than per match. It also appears that a lot of UK applicants were screwed over by their bank blocking transactions - UEFA's policy is that if the card is declined, they immediately re-allocate the tickets. They need to consider changing this to maybe give people 7 days to pay once the draw is made imo. |
