I will be having special celebration on the 20,000th day which I believe will fall on Tuesday, January 19, 2016, looking forward to the fixture list in August with a bit of luck it'll be an away fixture for them at the Emirates, 2016 will two causes for a glass of champers, the 20,000th day since Tottenham won the league and the annual St Totterinham's Day

Poor ol' mes still hasn't gotten over the fact that Spurs beat his team to 4th spot and he's clearly concerned about Spurs this season. He has yet to figure out that Arsenal have been almost totally irrelevant for close to two decades.

In the the last 20 years winning the Premier League, 14 top four finishes, five FA Cup wins, Champions League 6 quarter-finals, 3 semi-finals, 1 final.
And what has irrelevant Spurs achieved in the last 20 years, a worthless cup?

Storm Alert, you were quite a level-headed poster until very recently. What happened to you? Can't tell the difference between you and mesmerised these days. Two extremely embittered posters.

Never thought the meltdown from the conclusion of last season (the Arsenal collapse and Spurs taking advantage) would continue all through the summer. C'mon on lads, time to get over it.

How Long Since Tottenham Last Won A Trophy? - 14 Years 160 Days and counting.
When have Tottenham Won The Premier League? - Tottenham have never won the Premier League since it's inception in 1992.

St. Totteringham's Day hasn't been celebrated in six years but this is, without a doubt, the most riled up I've ever seen Arsenal supporters when it comes to their local rivals. They're clearly a little bit concerned. As a Spurs supporter I rarely give Arsenal a second thought these days.

Losing out on 4th spot to your bitter rivals obviously cut very deeply. Some Arsenal supporters will never recover from this. Time to stop living in the distant past, lads.

Putting a positive spin on things, Arsenals usual cave-in when the pressure is on, is always a profitable time for me in recent years. I always get irritable this time of years as two of my friends are Spurs fans and the over excited enthusiasm in August is tiresome to say the least. Apparently this season the Premiership and Champions League is in the bag. I would be delighted if North London could mount a serious challenge to Man City / Liverpool. ATM enjoying the Man Utd performances.

Sounds to me like you're susceptible to a wind-up storm. Not many Spurs fans truly believe we'll win either or even get close for that matter. Another qualification will do most of us, keep Conte and push on from there. The League or FA Cup would be a nice bonus.

I don't know about that Aspro, you're one of the more well balanced spuds, however there are many other spuds out there who ever since the Leicester title fight in particular have been like a popped cork from a 1000 year old wine bottle releasing all of their suppressed disappointment and anger after years of nothingness compounded with Arsenal riding the crest of a wave for long periods, since Arsenal have been in decline and spurs have slightly edged ahead we've heard genuine talk of signing your Neymars and whatnot whilst being title contenders including this season, there's no chance anyone breaks the top 2 of City and Liverpool. If Chelsea sign a striker then 4th place is a straight fight between Arsenal and Tottenham considering we're in better shape now than in seasons gone by. Kind Regards.

I haven't heard any of my own Spurs circle think they can win anything significant this season although, admittedly, quite a number are expecting a top 4 finish; that much is true. If I were to hear any of them saying we'll do better I'd have to bring them straight down to earth, as it isn't happening any time soon. I agree that top 2 is out of reach, which should leave the 3 of us battling it out for the other 2 places. I would be shocked to see Utd join the fray, but stranger things have happened.

Arsenal are getting a little ahead of themselves after the Palace victory. Looking second best throughout the second half.. Nice easy start in August for the Arsenal, come Sept and October we'll have a reality check. I Thank you.
Gonna go for the w@nky catch phrase at the end of all posts from now on... I Thank you.

I was surprised when I checked the "posi" stats at how Arsenal were the second best in the match. They won though and their achilles heel for the last ten years at least has been their repeated poor starts to their seasons so any win first time out and away is very important. Leicester at home next with every chance of scoring a few - they are conceding a lot with this present defence. Two wins and they will gain confidence. I admire Arteta and how he has fought off all the vicious and shocking abuse he was victimised with early last season - and said so on here at the time. Good luck to him.
