Watching the Chelsea game and wondering of the big leagues in Europe, would drogba get a game for any of the teams in the top 2 of their respective league..?

Don't think he'd get a game for either Wolfsburg, Lyon or Roma...

Might get in the Tre Penne side to replace the tree that stands on the 18 yard line

I Thought this thread was going to be about the Referee,
Anyhow who else was there to play upfront with André Schürrle gone.

That's the point, all the money in EPL and you couldn't build a team out the top 8 that could compete with the best in Europe...

Would Drogba get in the Chelsea team if Costa and Remy were fit? No . Would he get in Bayern et all teams if 1st and 2nd choice strikers were injured ? Maybe.

Dire league , dire standard.  Just look at the man of the match results this weekend - Joey Barton and Ashley Young , christ almighty.

Chelsea have no interest in trying to play football under Mourinho and most sides are playing with strikers that wouldnt get a look in for any other half decent league.

Pub football played out to a mass audience is all the Premier League is.

What a silly thread. Diego Costa first choice missing, Remy, second choice missing, so they play Drogba.

I see Real Madrid started a guy up front that can't get in Man United squad this weekend too.

Too much fear in the football being
played by moderate sides, relegation
should be reduced to two sides.

Relegation should be increased to any team who don't finish within 40 points of the winners....

they should give teams handicaps at the start of the season so teams sh1te like man utd and man city get relegated and southampton are crowned champions.

to be replaced by a team just as bad  Happy

I like that idea. Though last year you'd have had 10 teams relegated, the year before 12.

nearly every year the bottom 6 at least are as bad as you could possibly imagine despite all the millions swilling about

now even the top 6 are dire beyond belief too. they'd all get torn apart by the top teams from the late 2000s when english teams dominated the CL. even chelsea are desperately unambitious. not much better than a rich man's wimbledon or bolton
