Been wondering this for years - they can't have a live video feed from some of this obscure nonsense.
So, do they send some poor sod along to an Algerian U21 Ligue 2 with a phone or what?

yeah they pay like 20-30 euros per game + ticket if im not wrong..

Some other day mentioned that the suspending of live in-play games when a goal is scored or red/yellow cards given is automated from the live picture feed or 3rd party data providers
So not sure if there is personnel monitoring every game, bank of tv screen with 1 person monitoring each or if there is some kind of automation system
Bank of tv's isn't expensive, live feed not expensive, but paying staff is so I guess there must be some partial automation of the latter

wow dude, I don't know if a case has ever been this well rested before.
if the feed goes down they can use mobile as backup (where signal is available), hence you can get variable suspense times during a match
Enetpulse provide most bookies with their data, as far as I'm aware.
