There's been a big plunge to 4.9 on BF, Sky Bet have suspended betting on him to take over. Would be a good appointment, though he'd inherit a pisspoor squad

Hoddle will not be appointed anywhere, too long away from the game.
Villa do not want to spend money and have just given around 10 million in compo, would not be long before Hoddle would need to bbe weighed in.  |

Agree with c and t. I'm always puzzled why people keep linking Hoddle to jobs. Hasn't managed for a decade and bar a good record at Swindon his record as a club manager was pretty mediocre. Even his England spell was overrated despite the heroic failure against the Argies. Just don't get it.
