Arsenal up against Leicester

Sanchez back for arsenal which is a huge plus. They are playing at home they should be too strong for struggling Leicester. Defeat at Tottenham should focus the players minds and leave no room for complacency. Leicester may field new boy Robert Huth at the back - he struggled to get a game for Stoke and Arsenal may not be the best fixture for him to build partnerships with his fellow defenders. 1.3 is short but I expect Arsenal to win

Sunderland at home to QPR

Sunderland did well to pick up a point at Swansea. They welcome back striker Connor Wickham. Cattermole and Rodwell missing but QPR have huge negatives going into the game. Centre backs Dunn and Onuohu both ruled out as is top scorer Charlie Austin. Southampton's late winner will have hurt and players may be distracted by speculation concerning vacant managers job. Sun flans odds-on but justifiably so (1.9)

6/4 the double - I'm on
Pause Switch to Standard View I think arsenal and sunderland both...

Do you think arsenal will be bigger price by kick-off?
Report themover February 10, 2015 1:27 PM GMT
no, I think there will be enough backers at 1.3 for the layers to get a cheap one
Report mesmerised February 10, 2015 1:30 PM GMT
6-0 Arsenal.
Report themover February 10, 2015 1:33 PM GMT
they're no Tottenham
Report oneputt February 10, 2015 1:34 PM GMT
I think you could be right 'mover' but I'm confident arsenal will win. I'd rather back sunderland at 1.9 rather than liverpool at same price to win at home to Spurs. Can't call Hull v Villa

I've had a small punt on Sunderland. At the odds Leicester are the value and I do like a good shock result Laugh

QPR away form

Played - 11
Won - 0
Drew - 0
Lost - 11

This run will end at some point and they won't get many better chances to end it than at Sunderland, a club who have only won twice at home all season.

No chance I would be backing a team that's won twice at home all season at odds on.

Good luck with your bet anyway.

I just think its sad to throw up a bet that is such a short price and offers no real value and no unobvious insight provided

Report oneputt February 10, 2015 7:31 PM GMT
Don't be sad, we have different strategies. I don't get involved in big odds unless I get inside info on a nag. Such info in footy is hard to come by but I thought it might be worth pointing out Huth is playing and sunderland to me are better value than liverpool at similar prices.
