Only problems are
1) Chelsea would have to somehow drop 11 points in the first place
2) Arsenal would have to have perfect record for rest of the season.

I don't really see either happening :P
Report jewell February 4, 2015 2:58 AM GMT
I might have been tempted if they were 4000/1.
Report The Dragon February 4, 2015 9:11 AM GMT
that price for a reason
Report ours4keeps February 4, 2015 9:15 AM GMT
40/1 for a treble on Arsenal getting maximum points here on in, Chelsea dropping 11 points and City dropping 6.

Tip top tipping tipster.
Report Platini February 4, 2015 11:09 AM GMT
nowhere near good enough to challenge for the title, but as long as they finish ahead of Man U, I'll be quids in Cool
Report Wesdag February 4, 2015 1:57 PM GMT
If they were 10,000-1 I might have considered investing a quid.
Report funkymonkey February 4, 2015 2:07 PM GMT
If points were given for artistic impression, they would already be top.

Chelsea are such a poor example of what football really should be about. Sadly, they will probably win the title anyway.

Some being a bit harsh on this thread imo. I'd definitely be interested at 400's.

Could win it if Man C & Chelsea accountants get their Financial Fair Play sums wrong.
Report Regular Fries February 4, 2015 2:28 PM GMT
I know it's the norm to be up when you're team are doing well and down when they're not, but has a club or team like this Arsenal one ever had more extremes when they win or lose.

Win it's a sliced bread scenario, lose and it's Wenger out. Sometimes it's both in the same match.

Arsenal - the most bipolar of supporters

Report mesmerised February 4, 2015 2:43 PM GMT
This is almost a shoe-in, Arsenal have pretty much a fully fit squad now, something we haven't had all season long, Chelsea have a soft underbelly led by a manager who is cracking up left, right and centre, a good gambler understands anticipation is key, luckily for you, you have visionary's like me around to help you out, get on before it's too late.

Chelsea have dropped 16 points in 23 games. The only teams in the top half they have to play away are Arsenal and West Ham. There other away games are Villa, Leicester, Hull, QPR, West Brom. That is 5 of the bottom 6.

You will struggle to find a team with an easier run of fixtures left, and they are already in the lead.
Report Millerracing67 February 4, 2015 4:15 PM GMT
Fancy them to finish 3rd in the Prem (Arsenal)
Chelsea Champs Cool then Man C
4th spot up for grabs yet imo.

Not the most bipolar of supporters.  The old school want him out and the new fangled support who got bored of wimbledon and the theatre want him in as they have known nothing else other than wenger

Fans who go to games generally want want Wenger to stay, keyboard warriors who can't afford Sky Sports so watch it down the pub and bore the pants off everyone down there unlucky enough to be in listening distance want Wenger out, would be a fairer assessment.

A shoe-in at 40/1. Have a fully fit squad, zero track record of injuries in the second half of a season, coquelin is the new makelele after 2 games, more knee-jerk horsesh1t. I can see Chels dropping 11 points and can see Arsenal finishing second but only if City slide. Fixtures around CL knockout ties are the ones to watch

Kellydamo, I don't believe you are a season ticket holder if you think that. I am a season ticket holder and I'd say nearly 3/4 of fans who go to matches have stayed loyal to Wenger.

Kellydamo, I am 46. Most people who sit near me, like myself, were season ticket holders at Highbury and virtually all of them are loyal to Wenger. They recognize he has made the odd mistake but feel on the whole, he is an excellent manager who has done a very good job moving the club up to the next tier, despite the odd bump along the way.

The odd one or two probably still think Klopp is a much better manager, or we should have sacked Wenger and brought in Laudrup, Moyes or Martinez.LaughLaughLaugh
