Just listened to the Colin Murray Show.  Their take on the Sakho(West Ham)situation was embarrassing.  The smug Des Kelly's argument was along the line that F.I.F.A had it in for the F.A and would do anything to get back at them.  Really.
Even I, a mug punter with a keyboard and an internet connection, know that if you are selected to play in the AFCON and pull out through injury you cant play for your club.

I think Talksport lost its way when they changed it up.  Used to be great at 10-1 with the late Mike Dickin and Tommy Boyd used to have some brilliant shows in the afternoon. Now it seems to be wall to wall football with nothing to break it up. Have to turn it off when Collymore is on particularly if it's during a live game and Colin Murray's voice grates terribly.

Durham getting mugged was one of the feelgood stories of the year.

Stan Collymore is the worst pundit on the station. If you listen to call Collymore all he does is ask fans to ring in. Rarely do you hear them get through and when they do he ask's them questions with the answer in the question. Why bother even letting them on. All you hear is him. When he does co-commentary he does not comment on the game he just go's off on tangent to make you thing he knows everything about the game.

The guy who does my sporting life is excellent. The sports bar is a decent listen as well. The two mikes are good at times. How Colin Murray gets a gig i don't know. Durham is just a complete wind up merchant and Darren Gough is stealing a living.

Talksport is not really a radio station. Its a station packed full of ads with the occasional bit of sport thrown in. I'd say in an hour programme bewteen the news updates and ads there is about 25-30 minutes of actual radio.

In the main foreigners like Wenger get a right kicking.  Whereas a bad word must not be said about the most reverent Harry Redknapp or saint Gerrard and others
