It's difficult to see 0 - 0 in this fixture, but so far this is looking like one. Feyenoord should've scored twice, but they've got no strikers who can finish the job. Ajax have been very poor in the first half; don't think they even made the keeper work. So far this second half it's not looking much better. If there was any other match on, I'd have switched the channel a long time ago. Can't be worse than this one.

Ajax have been going downhill since Luis Suárez left. He was head and shoulders above the rest (of the team and the league). Since his departure, a few more decent players have left but all the new players have been mediocre at best. Only reason they won the league so often in recent years is because other teams failed miserably (PSV) or didn't have the guts to attack them. They're only Ajax in name.

Both happy with the draw. Ajax because they're just poor, and Feyenoord because they were much too afraid of losing to Ajax again to really try and win the game. If ever there was a chance of beating Ajax it was today, but pride got in the way, I guess. Feyenoord wouldn't have sat so deep the last 20 minutes or so if they were playing, say, Heerenveen or PEC Zwolle.
