most managers always start well
seems too much a step up as in managing players etc they seemed all mates at Hamilton and smashed sh1te teams

I thought Alex Who?
Looking at his record at Hamilton - he has performed an absolute miracle with little money and his team has entertained every time I have seen them on TV.
His biggest problem is gaining the respect of the players in a league about 3 levels above the Scottish Premier League.
Assuming he commands respect, I think this guy will be an excellent addition to English Football and the Norwich fans will see a move from boring football to attacking entertaining football.
The West Brom fans will be envious now their team has been turned into a bus.

Why would professional players earning thousands per week automatically disrespect someone for coming from the SPL?
