So it doesn't go to penalties if 1st leg is 1-1, and 2nd leg is also 1-1 but 0-0 after ET ?

The ties are played over two matches (one at each club's stadium) with the aggregate score being used to determine the winners. If the scores are level at the end of the second match extra time is played. If the scores are still level at the end of extra time the team which has scored more away goals goes through. If the number of away goals is level a penalty shootout is used to decide the winners.

The Bony deal just reminds me of the BA deal to Chelsea with the only difference is City have paid 10-15m over the odds. Both Good players but are never going to play unless your star player is injured.

So, only 3 mins added time, yet they didn't re-start the match until 91.45 after Fofana was down injured and some players and the ref had their drinks of water.  All in all only 75 seconds of injury time got played when there should have been at least 5 mins.
