the refs are as poor as I can remember - its almost a guessing game for them now

Bring in the best refs from Europe - they may make some wrong decisions but they wont bottle them. Look at Sterling the other night - you raise your hands you get sent off - that's what we are told. But the ref did not have the bottle to make that decision at Anfield - its human nature.
Foreign refs don't care - that's why Liverpool and United have had players sent off in European home games (Nani and Markovic) that domestic refs would never send off in a million years

I cannot see how he awarded that pen for handball, he couldnt of seen it hit his hand because the replays show it never hit his hand

A great day of football in spite of them, but surely today was an all-time low across the board for officiating in the Premier League. 

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I will actually read what Graham Poll says in the morning .....(There can't be many people on the planet who have ever said that and meant it.)

nothing worse than refs inventing decisions that never happened. far more forgiveable when they just miss things
