WALK OUT
walk out on your club. don't go to the match, make it a properly organised event where anyone who crosses the picket line outside the club on match day is treated like a leper, imagine that, completely empty stadium that'd do the club for millions not to mention dent the image of the league it's the only way to stop the MAD PRICES on football, 40 50 60 quid to watch 22 millionaires kick a little white ball around an oversized garden, tv and sponsors wont like it much either, you are the cash cow, the mugs that just keep on given, it would work, they would not have a choice other than to lower prices to a reasonable cost and what's more, it would attract real working class fans back not the middle class ponces dragging their rich little sprogs to the matches sitting their making no noise, to make up for the loss in revenue, they would push for safe standing to come back, more people in the grounds and better atmosphere, cheers

Double the 40, 50 , 60 if it's an Arsenal match. It's a disgrace. I am a tourist Arsenal fan from Dublin Irleand and last time I was at the Emirates I was told to sit down and stop making so much noise.
I promised myself after that I wouldn't go to see another premier league match. I have travelled to see many other matches and so far the best has been Aris Saloniki vs PAOK. And only 8 euro for the ticket. |

Great shout on Aris - I've been to random games at both Aris Saloniki and PAOK - both were madhouses. Shame to see that Aris are now in 3rd division (along with AEK Athens!!!)
Best matches/stadiums for atmosphere that I have been to have been OFI Crete, Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, Borussia Dortmund, St Pauli, Feyenoord, Napoli, Anderlecht, Atletic Bilbao, Fenerbahce. |

i think they should push ticket prices up every year ahead of inflation. it stops all the hooligans and general mongrels from going becos then they can't afford it.
