not when they carry inciting messages it is not.  However it is in the rules so therefore it should be a yellow

Carroll is the same player as he was b4 Dalglish splurged £35mill, still agressive,poor on the floor but in the air pretty much unplayable,his flick on for the 3rd was sublime, as was the finish.
