Interesting market this season . More than 3 months of the season and no manager has left (Pulis went before it started)
Pardew hit 1.17 .Last price matched 32
Seems to me people are approaching this as if it is likely to be settled soon , but IMO i wouldn't be surprised if we went another 2-3 months without a sacking , just can't see anyone with '3 games to sve their job' so plenty of time for teams in form to have a 6 match winless run , and that could bring in the big prices .
I've backed Allardyce @80 , also Dyche in case the owner 'decides to gamble' . Will back Pardew at big odds too .
cant see pardew going never thought he would when as low as he was nwcastle owner stubborn and tight
puds manager looks to be a fav in my book given owners record

If current form continues much longer, Pellegrini will be in a spot of bother when they fall a 12-15 points behind Chelsea and go out of the Champions League. Their season would effectively be over (just the FA Cup left) and would have taken a major step back.
Not saying he should get the sack, but that's where my money would be with no one else on the brink.

Imo, Pearson will be the next manager to go. Not scored in five, not won since knocking five past Man Utd two months ago. I cannot see where their next win will come and today the manager has admitted he hasn't got a magic wand. Seems he needs to be replaced by Sooty.

Pearson for me. Looks a man under pressure from twitchy owners. You've done your beans on Dyche. Our owners won't 'decide to gamble' by getting rid of our best manager in years. It's not their style in any case.

pochettino will be under huge pressure if we don't beat hull tomorrow. games after that are everton and chelsea and not a prayer we'll be getting anything out of those on the basis of the last 3 horrific performances
only thing that could save him is can levy afford to sack yet another manager. that doesn't usually stop him

Just cannot believe Levy would strike again so soon .
Lambert fav is nonsense surely . Was given a 4 year contract 2 months ago and owner is hardly gonna pay out millions when he is trying to sell the club ASAP .He will leave the sacking for the new guys , but it will be a while before they take over with an asking price of £200M

Might not have to pay out millions depending up on whatever clauses are in Lambert's contract, the length of the contract itself doesn't mean anything as we know contracts are not worth the paper they're written on, ask Moyes, managing a champions league match for man united against Real Sociedad one minute, managing Real Sociedad themselves the next! served 1/6 of his contract. It would probably be better if a new manager was brought in if he were trying to sell the club if a potential new owner looked at the current form and slide down the table, esp if they again tomorrow.
Harry Redknapp is the most likely followed by warnock and poyet.

Moyes was sacked but they paid him £6-7M to go (by Woodward's own admission from what i recall )
No way does Lambert's agent agree a contract without a pay off if contract breached . Maybe a clause limiting it but only if relegation i expect . Even if they went down i doubt Lerner would be that bothered as he wants out himself .
Fernandes seems to go out of his way to talk up Harry so i can't seem going soon .

managers of promoted teams have a very short shelf life in recent seasons. hardly any of them have lasted a season
chairman seem to get massive delusions of grandeur even when they're a few points above the relegation zone which is about as much as you can expect they usually panic and sack them

I couldn't be too confident in Fernandes sticking with Arry' he's already been relegated with them once, don;t think he'd allow it twice if the they continued to lose games, they are rock bottom, relegation would cost him millions and off the back of the year he's had with Caterham, I don't think he'd chance it, having said that, QPR have many winnable games coming up, it will make or break him. Business is business after all.
With Lambert who really knows, Aston villa in the championship may be cheaper to buy, but less attractive to sell and not as attractive a purchase in a league with no global appeal with not guarantee of promotion. They've up for sale for a while now.
I can see Alan Irvine being given the bullet if he keeps losing.
My money would really be on Warnock though.

Am I missing something? Bloke wants to sell the club for as much as possible. Being in the Premier League makes club worth a huge amount more. Bloke doesn't care if Villa are in it or not. Makes no sense at all.

When is Roberto Martinez going to be put under a bit of pressure. They are below most of the teams managed by the people mentioned on this thread yet he is 100/1. Can't say it's a good price either because nobody seems to care that he is doing so poorly this year. They have won only 3 of their last 10 league games. Most overrated manager in Europe imo.

Could well be the europa league factor, I suspect otherwise though. Personally, I think he did well with Moyes' team last year and the more he puts his own stamp on it, the worse they will get.
