Hockaday was paid peanuts (hardly surprising considering his uninspring cv), so compensation was hardly going to be a worry

Seriously, who will take the job after this shambles?
Rule out anyone with a lot more experience than Hockaday, this job in it`s present form will not look good on a CV later on and could leave a mark on those follow.

Normally Management is like a merry-go-round in that once you start the ride it is difficult to fall off, no matter how poorly some of them perform, they will be sacked and compensated and the next guy lined up to replace them has recently suffered the same fate elsewhere.

This clown at Leeds is quite likely to approach another club and enquire about taking their manager, some club like Fulham I imagine.
