having £2 bets wouldn't make you that angry

Betfair should be careful as a potential new competitor will see that the Betfair customer base is hacked off particularly with sky high premium charges and an unreliable Exchange website.

Big risk that a new Exchange website emerging could result in a quick mass exodus to a new site that is more user friendly with no premium charges.

Vote with your feet and WALLET, more and more are leaving this place. Nothing improves and all they think of is the short term quick buck and not giving a sh1te about its customers.

Can only see a new innovative well funded competitor appearing within 1-2 years that will seriously damage the liquidity base of Betfair and Betduck leaving both with non viable businesses.

Neither are meeting customer needs or acting on customer feedback and businesses that fail to do both are on the way out.

Purple have improved but missed a massive trick when they sold to lads. Could have got loads of new customers if they played their cards right.

I had a look tonight the liquidity isn't .. brilliant..

But the key point is the fulham game was open and playing, why wasn't betfairs?

WHY does betfair keep having these major problems that can cost us significant money, that OTHER companies viewing the "feeds" do not? It doesn't make sense, they are a big company that would appear to have no fallback or redundancy to protect its customers. Why do we put up with it?

Every game was still in-running on the Sportsbook while suspended on the Exchange.

Priorities all wrong and that will be their downfall when the Exchange customers are provided with a better alternative to Betduck

I was considering giving up on them anyway and tbh tonight might be the final straw.

I've REALLY had enough of this, I've been on here years, the same joke isn't funny anymore.
