I was wondering what was other forum users opinion and maybe they could explain the logic in BF offering the cash out option on the draw no bet in football matches. I did a draw no bet on a CL qualifier recently taking St Patrick Athlectic against Legia Warsaw in the 1st leg. St Pats went 1 up in the 1st halve, I cashed out and to my knowledge successfully at odds of around 8/1 with 10 minutes to go, and then Legia equalized with a couple of minutes. When I checked my balance, realizing the bet had not been settled it was actually down as voided I pursued the matter. So after a bit of texting to a BF operative and a read of the T&Cs of the cash out facility I discover that for settling purposed when you do a draw no bet, if the match ends up a draw regardless of the cash out the match is settled as a draw.
Ok hands up I should have read the T&Cs, but it defeats the point of their cash out bet. When the option is offered but actually they are not offering a total cash, it is a cash out with conditions. My opinion is that cash should not be offered on the draw no bet, it definitely should be flagged up when cashing out. And if you were aware of the nuance in the draw no bet rules when your 1 up with 10 mins to go you would know their is no point in cashing out but if you weren't aware of it you might cash out fearing a equalizer and if the match ends up 1 nil to your selection you are after cashing out for lesser odds. I do accept that your selection could be beaten with 10 mins to go.

I agree with you garycrosby. A cash-out on a win, lose or draw bet locks in the profit stated on the cash-out REGARDLESS of what happens subsequently. For a draw-no-bet cash-out to do otherwise is disingenuous.

How on earth can a cash-out not stand? You've placed a bet and you've............ I was going to say "greened-up". Did you actually GREEN-UP? If you did it's END OFF, isn't it?

Having said that, if you're betting on " a win or lose/home or away win "........ Well, I guess. All the same, I'm glad you flagged that up crosby.

you can cash out on limited overs cricket, two outcome market
if it finnishes a tie, all bets are voided, all green gone, or all red gone for that matter,so if you are well green you can take insurance by backing the tie. |

Split, or at least put [some] of your cash-out profit on the draw and, with ten mins left, it wouldn't have cost you much, would it? Living learning, I guess.  |
