france had the easiest group ever, so this is basically their 1st competitive match although nigeria are no great shakes themselves

i'm laying france at these odds

African nations cant be trusted. Too many crooked players and too much skullduggery. The antics of the goalkeeper in the loss to Portugal was scandalous (and dont anyone tell me he made a great save from Ronaldos header - it hit him , it was a fluke).

When half the team wont pass to certain individuals and they are more interested in money you can touch them.

Worth noting that Nigeria cancelled training on Thursday due to a pay dispute

what was the game where the African team had a 3 on 1 to win the match and the bloke decided not to pass it but instead ballooned it African-styley into orbit ? was that Ghana USA ?

Cant see France not winning this but odds are prohibitive. Small stakes on France by 3 goals. Pogba first goal and a red card.

Price on France seems excessive.  Ghana also had similar issues and players being kicked out before the Portugal match (when the odds also went wild) and they performed pretty well.

Nigeria have plenty of good players, sure France is living in a good moment but this is one match and its hard to justify a price like this.

Uncomplicated win for France.

Too much fire power for the typical naive African defending....also don't think emenike et al will give The French back line much to worry about.

I think Nigeria will score.

Nigeria to score at 1.9+ is a good bet.  Nigeria so much firepower, no reason to believe France will be able to keep them out more times than not.

Emenike having a decent tournament, almost 6's to score also worth a shot.

not really. france should win, the price is crap. dont fancy goals either. might leave this one alone.

France clean sheet for me, Nigeria are useless up front unless its against a weak Argentina defence!

Didn't Ghana just have discipline issues though. When it comes to money as the source of the problem it's a different story. Look at Cameroon, not one fcuk did they give

I don't know why the Nigerian team are not getting paid, their government must be pretty flush at the moment........a Nigerian geezer rang me earlier to tell me I was coming into a few grand, I paid a small admin fee and am sitting back waiting for the deposit into my bank Kerching!!

I did an accum on holland, france, germany and argentina in this round and had already accepted that it was down with 2 minutes to go in the dutch game yesterday.

so I feel like I've now got a free bet running on. (probably be worth nothing by tomorrow night anyway.)

I remember in Euro 2000, a last minute Dutch penalty landed by an accumulator with my last tenner in the world. Happy days!
