Germany for me

Going for overs in every game

Shows you how good a player he is, without him Portugal will get murdered by Germany imo. With him, fit, anything could happen.

Cristiano Ronaldo declared himself fit to spearhead Portugal's World Cup campaign, but does not feel pressure to reproduce his form at club level.
Ronaldo has suffered from knee and thigh injuries, but said: "I'm at 100%. I want to have a great World Cup." The 29-year-old dismissed suggestions he must excel in Brazil to cap a career that has not reached the heights on the international stage. "I don't think I have to show anyone anything," he said. "If we look at my statistics and resume you'll see that." Ronaldo will captain Portugal against Germany in Monday's opening Group G match in Salvador. |

waiting for teams, see who germans have up front

Cristioano is shyte, only good for panties adverts
By:
Neymar has turned up Messi has turned up is it Ronaldo's turn? they have put 5 away in 2 of their last 4 warm up games and Ronaldo did not play in the 0-0 with Greece or the 1-0 win against Mexico just about sums up his influence, if the first batch of games are anything to go by this could be a cracker.

Portugal will probably just hack the Germans down
Portuagal are decent but cant see them not conceding at least 2 |
By:
overs has to be the bet here
wait for ten mins and get evens |
By:
Too right overs is the bet

Portugal are a 1-man team. If Ronaldo is match fit then it will be a tough game. If he isn't, Germany will win comfortably 3-1 or 3-0.

By:
Ive done a double also Germany and NIgeria , Surely the NIgerians are better than Iran

I think the draw and 0-0 are now huge value in this game. Just because we've seen goals and attacking intent from the majority of teams so far doesn't change the outlook for these now, especially portugal. In the opening group match of Euro 2012 they set out just to defend and almost got the 0-0 that day. Bearing in mind a likely false 9 for germany and a 1pm kick off in Salvador i think 0-0 @15.5 & the draw @ 3.75 is huge value (the draw was backed into 3.4 in their euro 12 encounter).

Overs does indeed look generous.
Portugal games tend to be unders when their opponents sit deep, but Germans will give them plenty of space to run in to. |
By:
Anyone backing unders in a Germany game should phone up their Doctor right now and arrange a brain scan
By:
But handle has a point, Portugal tactics could be quite defensive. Even so, Portgual at their best countering and a suspect German defence with plenty of great attacking talent.
By:
Yea i know this could end up unders as like a say Portugal will probably play dirty , but when yo know a team is going to go for goals at every moment how can we back unders
By:
We could quite easily see an open / entertaining game and i hope we do but i just think the price has been influenced too much by games at this world cup so far. Unders started at 1.72 and is 2.2 ish - that and 0-0 value for me.

why they take shola instead of the uche guy

Germany and Nigeria for me...v small punt on overs treble...may do a +1.5 treble too
By:
barney you got same bets as me , i looked at the 1.5 treble also but short odds
By:
im having some on daily goals +8 +9 +10 also
By:
a bit unsure about goals and such, and not too keen on match odds before ive seen a team play, so no bet initially for me.
So I'm going with bookings. Portugal have some dirty players (pepe, ronaldo, coentrao) and are no doubt going to be chasing shadows for much of the match. The referee is Mirolad Mazic from Serbia. Bookings in his last 6 matches read - 6, 3, 8, 8, 6, 5. All in all over 45 points @2.4 seems a good bet. |
By:
The Germans are no where near as good as people are trying to make out,Who's gonna score there goals?
Klose? ![]() Wont get out of the Group imo. |
By:
Germany v Portugal – Official FIFA Man Of The Match Thomas Muller @ 6/1
Thats whos going to score the goals |
By:
Lets not forget Ozil who got 8 in qualifiers thats the same as RVP , Dzeko , Falcao and Ronaldo
By:
and Suarez , Zlatan
By:
Germany, Nigeria, United States patent for me today.
11/5 for Klinsmann's men is very generous odds, imo. The Yanks have become a rather good squad under him. Wee treble on overs too. |

No, Iran are shi'ite; Nigeria is predominantly sunni or christian. |
