Iran have kits that have shrunk and boots that are too small, so not the best preparation for them.

I wouldn't worry too much about Nigeria's friendly results; most of them (including the Scotland game) were suspected to be f1xed.

You're probably right, also Costa Rica looked terrible in their 1-1 warmup match vs Ireland but then gave a great performance in their opening game

Personally think Nigeria are too short now at odds on. Iran had a good record in qualifying and topped their group. Whilst that isn't much of an achievement with dross like Qatar and Lebanon in their group they did have South Korea in there who they beat both home and away. I don't think there's a vast difference in quality between Nigeria and South Korea and I doubt Nigeria would be odds on against them.

Not really a match I want to have a bet on but if Iran drift and they touch 5's then I'll be a backer.

I have been eagerly aweighting this game since the fixtures in the groups were announced. This is my first big bet on the WC and I am absolutely confident in my choice of game. I will be watching the Germs playing the Sardines this afternoon but will be ignoring the game for betting porpoises.
