I'm 40 and this has been the best start to a WC I've ever seen, which is a surprise given how poor the last couple have been

Cricket World Cup in 1999? With South Africa vs Australia in their pomp was pretty amazing.

Certainly wouldn't go as far as best World Cup ever. There's been lots of goals, but so far it hasn't had the intrigue. But that's because we're only four or five days in. Judge it at the end, not now.
