Drifted from 1.02 to 1.05 today, others, notably Ancelotti, Simeone and Conte coming in slightly (although still BIG prices).
Is the deal as 'done' as we are led to believe, and what's the delay? Van Gaal is busy at the moment, but if they have agreed, why has he not signed yet? Signing your name takes a minute.

I'm confused. In the meantime, I have laid a small amount at 1.03 - just in case!

Van Gaal was busy with training and selecting the dutch squad, next days they have some days off and dutch press is saying he will sign at man utd wednesday or thursday.

seems a good lay at that price. Van Gaal seems like the type of volatile guy who could change his mind at the last minute and if there's any delay beyond Thurs, will prob trade higher
They contacted Ancelotti. They are waiting to see how that pans out. If Real lose CL final to Atletico, he'll be out. He is Fergie's choice over LVG.
personality wise, ancelotti would be a much better fit. Van Gaal seems more like a mourinho character

So it is not agreed yet. What if Giggs and Van Gaal don't get on, or disagree about roles?
