That's odd, as he hasn't been seen since Sunday.
He'll be back, when City drop points at Goodison. |

The owner gets a bad press i think. There's no evidence (yet) that he plans to use us as a feeder club for Liege. For a start, none of our players are good enough!
Hopefully the summer will see some decent players arrive, a new pitch finally laid and we can kick on next season ![]() |

I don't think it's quite as simple as that,IIRC when we returned to the Valley in 1992 they had to remedy the pitch and discovered 2 massive concrete slabs under it,they decided to leave them in situ(money was tight, obviously it seems I am stretching incredulity that they would be a problem 22 yrs later, but who knows. |

Biscuit,
Riga has only got a contract for this season. Do you think they should look for a new manager or would you give him a chance for a full season? |

I personally would give him the job for next season. He plays decent football and i think he'd do ok with some squad improvements

Sad news though. My brother just got in and told me that someone had a cardiac arrest in the east stand.
They spent at least 15 minutes doing CPR before stretchering him out to the ambulance while still working on him, but it didn't look at all good. ![]() Puts things into perspective. One minute you're enjoying a football match, the next your on the very edge of death! |

Word is the bloke is alive but still in a very serious condition having been resuscitated three times.
Sounds stupid but if you're going to have a heart attack, then a football ground is probably a good place to have it with all the medical staff about and an ambulance ready and waiting. |
