my friend has recieved a phone call to discuss his account after going on a winning streak. we have both placed bets at the same time on the account from different IP's. can we be charged? can the winnings be taken back?

As long as your friend agrees he is happy with all the wagers and activity then there shouldn't be a problem, it's his funds at risk after all!
