A Norwich statement said:  "The decision has been taken to give the club the maximum chance to secure the points required between now and the end of the season to ensure retention of our Premier League status."

Yes replacing the manager of 2 years with the youth team manager should ensure that Plain

A very negative manager in the extreme who the fans have wanted gone for a long while now. An example came from a friend goes to watch them home and away and he was incredibly frustrated back in the autumn when they played Cardiff at home as Hughton played one up front until about the 88th minute before deciding he'd risk another striker.

Forest fans wanted Billy Davies out and got youth coach as replacement..... this seems to have improved results no end.

What the hell is the point?  Sack him, by all means, but sack him when he's still got a couple of months or so to go, and has some winnable games.    Sacking him now, when most of the remaining fixtures are fiendish, is just plain madness.

don't think sacking him now will make a jot of difference....everyone beating us ...more and more easily by the week...what can get worse?? hes had 90% of 2 seasons and we certainly are not improving in any department...he had a hard act to follow and hasn't achieved anything in the right direction...maybe except the amount of 0 - 0 draws we can churn out against teams we need to be beating...bye chris...good luck....and just bye

The point is they've got a relegation play off at Fulham next week and don't think hughton can get anything from the players.

it may as well be real Madrid with our record against Fulham ....Laugh we need to focus on the arsenal game....they are about as shee ite as us at the moment ... time to get moral and tactics together

I haven't wanted him as our manager since day one, but the one thing I've always said about him is he's the luckiest manager on the planet, and I believed that luck would of been enough to get us to safety. But if we go down it's the board's fault, anyone with any sort of clue would have realised last summer was the time to get rid.

Agree about this. Fulham, if we get a point maybe and keep them down there. Liverpool, United, Chelsea, no chance.
