If he did say what he's suppose to have said on twitter then I would suspect it to be very true. Moyes stifled all youth talent coming through for the likes of Neville and co. Apart from Rooney (who I believe was always in the shop window) hardly any young talent came through and established themselves under Moyes.

..........and even less in the last 10 years of Ferguson's reign at Old Trafford.

Agree that it's difficult to be publicly critical of your boss and can't blame Sheedy for keeping schtum when DM was at Everton.  In DM's defence, he did give starts to Jack Rodwell & Ross Barkley and hasn't been slow to promote Januzaj.
