another useless coach , which seems to have no concept of how or why english football is failing so badly and has been for the last 30. 40 years , got a rantm on ere guys ,have a read and ,been involved in youth football for the last 8-9 years in the local area since my lad started at 5 years old , there s a pattern that develops, all to do with size strenght and speed , from an early age if you have it you ve got a chance if your small frame with good skill you seem to get the same explaination , hes not big enough and strong enough, worked with several kids who have come back from local acadmies with same coments, from parents , my lad plays for good school team ,two lads out of local acadmies , who he plays next to not fantastic ability but very strong 6ft lads at 14 years old, theres a usuall picture i think up and down the country.involved in futsal or was , aim of the game devolop skill touch control let it develop, the foreign guys allow this to happen,we dont none contact up to 13 =14 years old so lads have years to develop skill touch balance ,,,,,,strenght ,speed and size of your shoulder is not a skill, it a part of your body that you was born nothing else , we allow that to come first from a very young age size against size, that can be added at any time in the development of young footballers, but we allow it ere to be the forefront of everything and let the talented kids to be squashed ,because of size , also if the size of a big lad was nt promoted has being so inportant, the bigger lads could also be allowed to develop technicly with more skill just has much has a small framed lad ,
