Serious question: Does anyone remember Moyes wearing a suit on the touch line at Everton?
FA Cup final v Chelsea but I think he changed into a tracksuit before the game started.
He is not in a comfort zone for sure ,starting to act out of character ,maybe someone has told him he will look more authoritive in a whistle.

he's been very unlucky imo - today they should have easily won ,feel sorry for the bloke ,but it seems the fans want him out -maybe one or two players arten't pulling their weight ?
under Fergie they would have been given that penalty for starters

Yes, Hunter, you certainly are well out of your depth.
On second thoughts though, you tend to thrive when it's a case of damning those whose jobs you couldn't do in a hundred years.
So easy to sit on the sidelines and condemn the efforts of others.
But I guess some of us sort of need that to feel good about our selves...
Anyway, I for one always enjoy getting on your case.

With no CL footie next year, manure will be descending into financial meltdown.
Remember, the Glazers have not put one cent of there own money into manure - the club was bought with loans which were all placed back onto the club.
The massive interest on the loans is only being serviced by soaking the clubs fans and with the Glazers intention to walk away from manure with a massive cheque in their pockets - no CL footie means the fans will have to pay even more..........

Oh, so sorry, chaps, how dare I bring in such an unfair notion!
I mean, just imagine, football fans having to think, speak and write like responsible adults!
End of the world as we know it, eh?!!

Nicholls thought he was going to win the league with Wenger .
Been another harsh lesson for him ,like the one he got when he did not understand the pass back rule and was bemoaning Arsenal's bad luck in Spain a while ago.

Er, Hunter old chap, your imagination's getting on top of you again.
In fact, I've never expected Arsenal to land the title, even this season. And certainly not now.

Man Utd announced hugely lucrative new financial sponsorship deals only very recently. They're guaranteed to thrive for many more years.
Having the funds to spend is all well & good, but you need to have the right man at the helm to spend it. No CL football means United will be a far less attractive proposition to any potential world class players that are looking for a big move. Anyway, United's income is small-change compared to what the likes of City & Chelsea have at their disposal. & that's not to mention the other clubs in Europe owned by sugar-daddies.
United won't fall off the radar, but it's highly unlikely they'll ever get anywhere near to the level they've been used to under Fergie.

Well done Mike you certainly got something right on here .
Why the anger then? Did you expect Mourinho to need a season to settle in? 4 months and a new D/M and Chelsea are back on course ,you are going to heave a deperate 10 years on here if reports are correct and Roman is looking long term?

I think Mike sees a lot in Moyes state of mind that also he sees in Wenger ,torment and torture ,it is a hard game and the winner takes it all .
Man Uted and Fergie should understand that more than anyone.
Any opposition was ridiculed and crushed without mercy.
They should not expect compassion.

Hunter, you misinterpret me, I'm not "angry" at all.
But at times I do find how football fans enjoy running down others' best efforts, finding these an excuse to offload their own frustrations and negativity, all rather tedious.
IE when 'banter' becomes an exchange of emotionalised mental excrement.

but moyes is on a massive pay packet , should have a good idea how were to play a player before he arrives at the club jeez come on if i was spending 37 mil on a player you would go really in the depth in to passed performancies clubs who he was coached under style of play that coach liked to teach ,come on

As I said, Hunter, in certain circles a sort of socially sanctified excuse for offloading one's rage and hostility.
Childishly unconscious, people would be far better off seeing therapists or at least venting their spleen on cushions etc.

It is a hard game Mike ,the winners win and the losers make different arrangements. It is credit to you,you continue to back your manager despite it being crystal clear he is past it.
Displaced loyalty can have a negative effect on your ultimate aims ,but so long as mediocrity is acceptable to you ,you will continue to suffer and pontificate.
One can only hope Man Uted continue to back Moyes and let Fergie control the club from on high and let others prosper .

But I don't "suffer", Hunter, I've loved football since I was a very small boy, but my team winning or losing isn't what my life's about. And I trust it's the same for you too?
As for Wenger being "past it", well, if second in the league (and still qualifying for the Champions League every year since '97) without spending a tiny fraction of the amounts the mega-rich have done, amounts to being "past it" then I suggest your criteria are thoroughly redundant.
In other words, your talk, Hunter, is just a load of rather warmish air.

As long as you are happy with your lot Mike all is well ,your posts scream frusration and annoyance coupled with a lack of knowledge.
But being the "happy one" is what it is all about and you are right I am happiest when I am winning, the massive and dissapointing loss for your team yesterday does seem to have tipped you over the edge once again, despite your claims to be the "happy one" .

No, Hunter, I assure you that's laughably light years from the truth.
But if you want to project your own mind-set onto me and imagine it fits then you can exist in that delusion if it makes you comfortable.
Being "happy" when your team is doing well, "unhappy" when it isn't, is itself an indication of a very 'unhappy' way of being. And you're welcome to it.
