I had a 0-0 Keep Bet at 12.5. It didn't get matched. The 0-0 dropped to about 8.0. Then Chelsea scored and my 0-0 was matched at 12.5 at 16:17..when the goal was scored. Did Betfair not suspend the match properly??

afaik a keep bet stays in the system after a suspend unless you cancel yourself

goals do not cancel keep bets that's why they are called 'keep'
- There are two types of those bets. One in which your bets stay in play when a goal is scored. Another in which any match event cancels your bet. Usually the latter. Betfair have not made this very obvious to people.
- Betfair use 'flash' suspending in which the market is closed and reopened without the 'suspended' logo appearing. Betfair have not made this very obvious either.
Both of these explanations have been obtained after many emails to Betfair.
