FAO Betfair Helpdesk: Fulham - Norwich: No 'keep' bet options available

FAO Betfair Helpdesk - I've just tried to place some bets in various match markets, e.g. match odds, correct score, half-time score, and the expected bet options 'cancel' or 'update' aren't available after I've placed my bets.

Please could you investigate/fix this? I emailed your support email address a couple of hours ago. Your auto-reply says to allow up to 48 hours for a response (the match is on in just over an hour!) and suggests tweeting BetfairHelpdesk - I did that a few hours ago too and still no response, so am trying here...
