What with the nice three week lie-in-the-sun winter break that starts right NOW (giving them yet another advantage over the English in the World Cup).
Oh and they were told not to humiliate the opponent to prop up this pathetic competition.
If you didn`t see either of these glaring points you deserve to lose and should find a cheaper hobby than betting.

yes it is sour grapes - but 3 goals was not unreasonable especially as they were 2 up after 20 odd minutes, i should have followed my own advice when i said they might 'respect' their opponents and not huimiliate them, which is what happened. anyways no more of my money going on this tin pot tournament, lesson learned. But still Bayern - **** em!

Yeah I hate bayern too (totally different reasons) but you had better get used to em. They are already the best team in the world but if the Fair Play Rules are even halfway implemented they will simply dominate. They almost own that whole stadium, have €600,000,000 in the Bank and a huge money-making machine that isn`t prisoner to any owner. This is massive. Every other successful club in Europe (except Arsenal if you call that successful)has a Sugar Daddy or huge Debts. The two big Spanish sides enjoy State Largesse. Bayern is the exception and that is way more scary than what the do on the pitch. If (big IF) those FFP rules come into effect Bayern will be able to pay more to get players and pay players more while not contravening FFP rules. Man Cuty and Chelsea will be powerless compared to Bayern IF these rules actualy ome in. Of course, Europe and European Soccerball is pretty corrupt so it will all be fudged most likely..

thanks for the insight on bayerns finance structure RAPS, i feel if things dont change in the EPL, it will all come down like a pack of cards, imagine if sky decided that they wanted to pay less for rights in future, it would be putting a gun to the epl's heads, bt havent got bottomless pockets either.

If it mskes you feel any better German banks punted a huge amount of saver`s money into the subprime Mortgage market in the USA untill Lehmans went down in 2008. One German Bank was so out of touch that they wired Lehmans 300 Mil on the morning of their downfall.
Long Story Short = Germans are people like us all who fluk up, just not with football

Bayern could Not beat a 10 man Chelsea team over 120 minutes (Super Cup) and on Friday; Germany's biggest lender, Deutsche Bank, will pay 1.4bn euros ($1.9bn; £1.2bn) to settle a lawsuit with the US Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
The lawsuit accused Deutsche Bank of breaking state and federal laws when it sold financial products backed by mortgage loans to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac between 2005 and 2007. It is latest in a series of settlements by banks over mortgage-backed products. Deutsche Bank says it has left the business that led the claims.
