I wrote e-mail to support. They recomended to clear cookies or try alternative browser (Mozilla or IE). But still not working

same results in firefox, IE and chrome.... :(

I e-mailed them a few days ago regarding the same problem.
After nine e-mails, four different support persons and expected replies about cookies, browsers or new/old site version, they just put their head in the sand.

I conducted a few tests with different proxies and a few of them fully loaded coupons, while some didn't. Also my (flushed) on 3G network phone can't load the coupons. This all rules out problem on my side.
It neither depend on a country as browsing from some locations again shows the coupons.

I assume they outrolled something new which can't properly deal with some time settings, but they don't want to admit it.
Or there is cache poisoning in some router(s) which leads to their servers, but that is hard to believe.

Another bad news. I tryed to use main In-Play page, cause I can't see "football>coupons>in play coupon>....." page, but in in-play list absent some active games.  For example,  Inegolspor v Aydinspor game was on Betfair but I couldn't see it in list. One way - allsport>football>turkish football>turkish division 2>fixtures 23 december....

The only way around this is to use mobile version:

Otherwise use a proxy to see it as expected and switch back and forth.
You can use e.g. http://hidemyass.com/ and uncheck all advanced options.
However don't login to Betfair from a proxy as you data could be hijacked.
