Write them all in the Technical support why they canceled the match?

They answered that betfair manager in charge didn't know that the match would be replayed today. And then showed the rule that actually it doesn't matter whether the match would be continued in 3 days or not, the only ting that matters is what their manager "thinks" about it. Fantastic!

I cashed out a bet on this match, won it, but isn't settled yet in my account or bet history. What are they waiting for?

They voided all markets so you won't see any winnings.
