just take some time out from gambling, right it off, go get some fresh air, do not put any more bets on until you are calm, you will only chase your losses and lose more, in a few days you will feel better

i think it is most probably because you wanted to win more. i am not sure if you are good at gambling. but if you are, you are bound to make bad decisions when in loosing run. the best way to cope with that is to decrease stakes or to stop when in a losing run. if you are not a good gambler, just gamble with small amounts and tell yourself that losing and winning is part of the fun!

The absolute beauty of betfair is the ability to easily trade bits of a multi.
This isn't a great example perhaps as if they were all 3pm kick offs that end same time but if you KNOW only one result is in the balance, you can trade it off here. Hell I even cross trade on the same match if I see something obvious across markets, e.g. win on Team A and draw, late doors, back Team B a little.

If I had a multi for 800 and only one result to come, I'd be all over that getting at least some guaranteed chunk.
