Have been unable to access this for a few weeks now. Anybody else having this issue? Have they got rid of it or just very slow to fix?

Probably only have one person running the live chat shenanigans and they most likely at lunch right now.

after someone on it told a user that the forum will close and is moving to twitter and then betfair had to deny it, they've probably been winding it down to avoid endless questions
