I have this match in a double - the first game won, this one has been postponed but they havent refunded me anything ? anyone know when they will ?

Sorry to be a pain, but I have a similar problem. My money has not been refunded - what's the quickest way to get in touch with them to enquire? Do they still have a live chat or should I phone/e-mail?
