odds for laying 0-0 worse?

i used to lay 0-0 years ago and would want to try again but the odds seems so much worse than they used to be. i mean something like 14-15 when it used to be 11ish for two random premier teams or 27 for barca -real which i'm pretty sure a few years ago would have been quoted around 12-15. is it just me or are they really this bad these days?
