Only a guess but this has all the ingredients of a big drift towards 1.7x
For me a very low risk lay to back and probably a value lay if you have bigger balls.

Sociedad were 4th last year , better to judge them on that IMO rather than on the last 6 games . You wouldn't say United are the 8th best team in England.

Sociedad taking 6000 fans , have improved recently, well in the sense they beat Valencia away at the weekend..they had been dire upto then. Real pinched their best play in the summer but they still made light work of disposing Lyon in the qualifiers...then got hit by injuries badly but have a few coming back now.
Man Utd have made a dedicated 'signing' section for 1500 fans for this match  Oh and don't be backing Moyes Man Utd at 1.57, crazyness. |

It depends a bit on team news but United under Moyes have drifted alarmingly when odds-on a few times already so I can see the logic of the trade. In fact, laying them under Moyes would have proved very profotable so far.
