btw, where is their 5 minute notification of problems, which is included in their customer commitment?
Agreed SorA, best not to bet on here today as one crash usually leads to a 2 or 3.
maybe the best is not to be on here anymore rest of the life.
They need to update there servers rather than running HP and Dell.

We have approached them before about their problem as we deal with low latency networking within the financial sector in the City but they were 'oh, no, we are ok, we don't need that kind of speed/technology' ahem-yes you do!!

I think they will solve it quickly. Today there are many World cup games and it will turn to a tragedy if they miss it.
Looks like they will pay back my losing slip because of this problem :)
there cannot be another website in the entire world that crashes as much as this one does. F*cking useless.

I complained about this several years ago, but as always they simply don't listen. What is the point in having service.betfair.info when twitter is the first to get any updates! Clueless Muppets.

Taking into account the amount of crashes if I were BF CEO I would seriously consider sending my Engineers back to uni....

I've shifted 90% of my action from Betfarce to purple. Just got so sick of this. If they stopped f-ing brandstretching to casino/games/arcade/sportsbook/bollox, they have a system that could stand up by itself.

Liquidity is lower, but has improved a lot over the last couple of months, and you can work around it. I think they've been hoovering up quite a few fed-up BFers.

I would advise everyone not to bet on here at all today unless you have a death wish.
Just tried to lay a bet (10+ times lol) and thought the problem was my browser...kinda reassuring to find out from my fellow forumites that the problem lies with Betfair. A day off from the old betting for me, no harm.
