Spartak Moscow vs Terek Grozny.... Bring us goals

Spartak have scored 22 in 11 games this season and 8 in their last 3 home games including a 3-0 drubbing of cska Moscow.

Terek Grozny are playing some decent football of late and a bit more fluent football which is different from their dour style earlier in the season.

Spartak will score at least 2 and more likely 3 or 4 but a terek goal would be lovely especially early.

$1.55 home win is pretty good and the $2.4 half time/full time double. Im not sure whether I should bet the hamburger with the lot.

Plenty of Terek's away games only have goals (late) in the second half, so you might want to wait and see how the game evolves before getting into a position you can't really get out of without getting your hands dirty.

Although Spartak have been scoring quite handsomely in recent weeks, most of those goals have come against weaker opposition and a CSKA Moscow side in turmoil. On average, they score two goals per game at home and concede 0.75 goals per game. If Terek get it right, it might be a frustrating afternoon for Spartak.

The people who traded at $1.44 will be devastated $1.67 now and it is a significant drift.

Well, maybe it's just me being cautious after needing a 90+6 minute goal to save my bacon just a few moments ago (Japanese D2...), but I imagine Terek will be there first and foremost to defend. I can actually see more goals in the derby game between CSKA and Dynamo, but the goals almost never come where I expect them most. With a little luck this will be a romp and Overs will be in before half time.

I think the Tom Tomsk vs Zenit game has the potential for a few as well. Havent looked at the prices as yet.

I wouldn't say this is fixed or anything like that, but for a team at the top of the league Spartak Moscow are letting Terek Grozny have a lot of the ball. Maybe it's just their style of football and they prefer trying to lure their opponent out of their own half, but I'd expect a bit more 'bite' from the home team against a team who've lost all five of their away games and only managed two goals.

Maybe they think the goal(s) will eventually come and they don't need to give 100% today. That's risky, if you ask me. A better final ball and Terek could've had two very good chances by now.

Well, at least in the Moscow derby they managed to hit the target a few times, but this first half they could've played without goalkeepers. Unless the team going behind go looking for an equalizer kamikaze-style, I can't see more than two goals in this, if any at all.

Come on Spartak jumped on them at 6/4 fancy them to nick it 1-0 keep the faith lads.

The drifts were crazy and I should have used my brain and got out but I didn't......
