If I had to lay a book that would be the value bet
4/5. Di Canio

13/8 Pardew

11/2 Mowbray

Strachan left the Boro skint

Gibson won't sack Mogga.
Ashley can't afford to sack Pardew
Di Canio is as mad as a box of frogs

It's a tricky won Devil

i was basing my post on the fact that mowbray has probably underachieved for a longer period than the others

pardew recently signed a six year contract and i cant see them getting rid

di canio has only just been appointed so i think they will give him sometime yet

my fiver is on your 11/2 price portrack

Mowbray spent the first 2 years rectifying the damage done by Strachan both financially and on the field.
There are actually some positive vibes coming from the club at the moment.

Also Mowbray and Pardew are not likely to walk away, whereas Di Canio is a walking time bomb

boro had a poor season last year if they struggle again then the pressure will be on

N/A T/D
I might have to shorten my price on De Canio - however Pardew only tolerated by Newcastle fans  when things were going well , if they are in the bottom three at Christmas they will turn on him,
I agree Gibson will not sack Mogga and Mogga will not walk - however if Boro continue to struggle at home the fans may also decide for  them
All three of course need results

Mowbray is the last resort...after some of the crap managers they've had Mowbray will get even more time to get it right.

PDC will also be given time to sort it we were down and anything else was a bonus.

Pardew will be forced into jacking he'll walk with a substantial unofficial pay off.

8/1 looks rather fair.

Would be better without the cap in the running.  Who I'd forgotten existed.

We asked about potential candidates and we can rule out a few names that will inevitably pop up. The name 'Neil Warnock' made him choke on his pint. And suffice to say we won't need to stock up on Tony Pulis baseball caps in the club shop either.

Thank f**k for that Plain
