If he signs for arsenal, I think Wenger may have just saved his job for another season after this and clinched 4th place and another year in the champions lge to keep the board members inmoney

it's expensive but ozil is proven world class. Wenger is not going to pay mug prices for dross players like they do at the lane.
I think Spurs have signed some very good players, They will take a while to bed in, 6/7 players is more or less a whole new team. I'd fear them more next season as genuine challengers to United Crown next season then this. Ozil will be a good signing, however I hope he signs for United, we need him and I think he would be ideal for United, still we can always buy him in a year from Arsenal once he has bedded in to the EPL

He looks ill to me ,I never like it when I see a player taken off in every match with 15 mins left ,it suggests something is not right physically, I trust he will have a thorough medical? as this looks a rushed through panic deal.
He used to come off with 15 mins to go every game because he was the only player that Mourinho wasn't scared of upsetting. Nothing wrong with the player, just a weak manager.

If he gets them Biscuit. Point is AW is right, you don't want too any new players and they must be a step up on what you have.
Holtby and Sigurdson would habe had a much better chance at AFC than THFC.

Not really. I think 42 mill for Ozil is way to much. No matter how good he is.

Wenger would've been better spending 42m on Higuain and Mignolet anyway.

No chance higuain is **** and mignolet is no improvement on szczesny
soldado aside all the spurs signings are young and should have plenty of resale value. even when players don't work out we usually get most of the money paid back

Agree with a support striker for Giroud as for the defence, possibly a back up cb but you are aware that Arsenal had the 2nd best defence in the premier league last year? There are other clubs who need defenders more urgently!

Arsenal have a huge support amongst the Turkish community in North London. I am sure this transfer will have pleased them immensely.
