If Bale played, had a blinder and won the match single handedly, I don't know whether the Spurs fans would celebrate or burst into tears.

Bale to Madrid has been wrapped up for weeks. All this noise now is just to allow Levy to sign his replacements without getting bent over due to receiving 90m from Madrid. Bale wont be allowed to play for Spurs due to the agreement with Madrid.
