Would Celtic have rangers back in SPL?

celtic were the driving force behind rangers getting put into div3 as this guaranteed they could win the league every season and get the champs league money.

during discussions with other scottish teams they constantly referred to "integrity" when what they really meant was "CL cash"

the SPL has never been highly rated by UEFA and it was obvious that they would rate that league even lower when the team that won it regularly was no longer playing in it.

Bit of rewriting of history here. In order to be "back" in the SPL you would have to have played in it previously, something the club now playing out of Govan have never done.
